Define the assignment

Name the skill or decision under review, the allowed systems and the expected access rules. Give participants the context needed for the task while keeping reviewer information separate.

Include the human boundary

Technical permissions are only part of an exercise. Simulated support, security and operations roles bring goals, pressure and distractions to a request. Review the rule a role should follow alongside its intention and actual decision.

Observe before interpreting

Record the expected rule, the observation and the evidence source. Distinguish a demonstrated outcome from an untested hypothesis. Simulated records make the task concrete without involving real customers or employees.

Make the debrief useful

Compare outcomes with the assignment, discuss which conditions influenced a decision and identify the control or training change to evaluate next. Retain only the evidence needed for the review, with explicit exercise ownership and retention rules. Vulnverse will handle operation of the planned hosted platform. Read Managed Verse →.
