The planned exercise environment
What is a cyber range?
A cyber range is a simulated environment for authorized security exercises. The planned Managed Verse model connects organizations, services, identities, records and human decisions so an action can be studied in context.
Explore the scenario outlines and planned human simulation.
Which scenarios does the website describe?
The website outlines fourteen organizations across critical infrastructure, digital services, identity, software supply chain and recovery. These outlines describe the planned Managed Verse scope.
Scenario names and illustrations do not establish that a service is currently available. The released configuration and registration information will establish the launch offering.
What does the planned human simulation represent?
The planned human layer will model people and teams with feelings, goals, intentions, stress and distractions. Access rights and boundaries will provide the context for their decisions.
The website cards are fixed, illustrative examples. They do not run a live conversation or display results from an operating service.
Will the scenarios connect to live patients or operations?
The planned scenarios represent synthetic organizations, people and records. Hospitals, utilities and airports are exercise settings, separate from live patients, public operations and physical equipment.
Where will the platform run?
Managed Verse is planned to run on Vulnverse’s native platform and cloud. Vulnverse will operate the service, with customers using the public platform for their exercises.
The website itself is hosted through Cloudflare Workers. That website-hosting arrangement does not describe the planned product cloud.
Do cloud provider logos establish available integrations?
No. Provider references and older deployment guides do not establish the launch integrations or a provider partnership. The current product descriptions concern the planned Managed Verse platform.
Evidence and website examples
Are the website examples a live demo?
No. The role cards and request illustration explain the planned product model. They are not a live product session, benchmark score or proof of an available service.
How should an exercise result be reviewed?
A useful result records the scenario and product version, starting conditions, participant scope, observations and assessment method. For a simulated human decision, keep its state, intention, access boundary and outcome together.
What does replay mean?
Reading recorded events, reconstructing a decision and restoring an environment are different tasks. The planned product scope and its release information need to identify what a delivered workflow can reproduce.
